The third icon in the job at the top right side is the overview. Here you can see a timeline of all employees working on the job. This gives you an overview of the employees who are scheduled for the project, when they are scheduled, and for how long. The colored background shows whether the employee was booked directly (green), entered or requested (yellow), or whether the employee declined (red).
If you click on one of the employees, the screen for the working hours of the respective employee opens.
