No accounting

If you enter 'no accounting', only the availability of the employee or freelancer will be visible to the person who wants to book him, but not his salary.

For employees and freelancers you can set a checkmark at 'Limited availability to fixed periods'. This way, the employee or freelancer can only be requested for events that take place within the time periods entered here.

For subcontractors, you only have the option to enter notes, not availability.  

If you only want to record the holidays for certain employees via the system, but not the working hours, or if an employee leaves the company temporarily (e.g. parental leave), also enter 'no accounting'.
