Clients do not have access to CrewBrain. Here is where you register their contact details.

Add new clients

To do this, click on "New client" or, if you are already in the listing of customers, on the plus sign at the top right. A separate window will open.

Profile

Enter all information about the customer here. If you need additional data fields, you can add them under Administration > Clients & Locations > Additional data. If necessary, you can provide additional information to your clients in additional fields. You can also define these fields as required fields (such a field must always be filled) or as a private field (this field is only visible to schedulers).

Subcontractor connection

If your client also uses CrewBrain and has set up a subcontractor account for you, you can establish a direct link to your CrewBrain Account here. In this way, all requests and bookings are automatically synchronized between the systems.

Contact persons

Click "+ add contact person" to indicate the contact person(s) with whom you are in contact.

Documents

Upload here all documents that are relevant to the client.

Price lists

You can define individual prices lists for each client. It is possible to select a standard wage type e.g. payment by hours, payment by flat-rate or payment by daily rate. You can specify a default price or different prices depending on the staff category. Also surcharges (night shifts, sunday work, etc.) can be defined. When you create those price lists, you can use them for your calculation or to create an invoice insert for a job.

Personnel Leasing

You have the option to mark a client for personnel leasing. Then, it is possible to specify the maximum employment period as well as the break period for your employees. You can also upload client specific documents like special contracts here. When clicking to "Overview employee", you'll get a list of you employees which shows the last break, the last job, since when the employee is in use for this client and if he/she is available for this client.

If a client is marked for personnel leasing, you'll also get an information about how many days an employee has worked for the client so far, when scheduling him for the next job for this client. (Please find detailed information about personnel leasing here.)
