Overview

In the overview, you will find a chart that allows you to review your projects and jobs over the years. Click on ‘< Today >’ to get an overview of each year. Alternatively, you can display individual months or quarters.

By clicking on projects or the different types of jobs or categories at the top, you can get a chart for the selected item in the yearly overview. Here too, you can switch between years by clicking on ‘< Today >’.By clicking on customers, you will receive pie charts in an annual overview showing which customers you have worked for, in terms of projects and jobs.Personnel costs can also be displayed separately in chart form and in an annual overview.

Filter

In the sidebar, you have several options for setting filters. You can filter by customers and types, as well as many other details under ‘Filter calendar’. With each filter, you will receive the corresponding chart.

Click on "Save filter" to create filter favorites.

Projects

Project Statistics Here you can see an overview of all projects with the time period and the hours worked. The working hours refer to the project itself and the associated jobs. This allows you to accurately track how many hours have been spent on a specific project within a given time frame.You can view the overview as a monthly, quarterly, or total summary.

Employee Statistics Depending on your selection, you will receive a list of employees, freelancers, and service providers by request, booking, etc. This list can be displayed in annual, monthly, or quarterly summaries and can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.Here, you also have the option to set filters.

Vehicles

Vehicle Statistics Here you will receive a list of vehicles by jobs or kilometers and jobs by kilometers. This list can be displayed in annual, monthly, or quarterly summaries. At the top, you will see the number of kilometers as well as the costs incurred according to the mileage allowance. These data can also be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.Setting filters is also possible.

Locations

Here you will find evaluations of relevant locations, cities, and postal codes within a specified time period.

Working Hours

Working Hours Statistics Here, the working hours of employees and freelancers, as well as the flex-time balance of employees, are displayed in annual, monthly, or quarterly summaries. These data can also be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format, and filters can be set.

Personnel Costs

Personnel Costs Statistics Depending on your selection, jobs by personnel costs or employee wages by categories are listed here, which can be displayed in annual, monthly, or quarterly summaries. They can also be listed by customer. In all views, both target and actual times are displayed.Additionally, you can view a list of customer prices or employee wages by categories. This provides a detailed listing of prices or wages for each category. The customer prices are specified by the customers, while the employee wages are derived from the wages stored in the master data.Filters can also be set here, and all data can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.

Invoice Attachments

Invoice Attachments Statistics Here you can see an overview of all jobs and projects with their incurred costs – personnel and travel expenses. This allows you to evaluate the selling prices across all jobs. The overview is available as a total or monthly summary. As usual, filters can be set, and all data can be downloaded in CSV or XLSX format.
