If your company has several branches, you can store them under Administration > General > Branches. You can assign your employees or vehicles to these branches in the base data. This allows you to quickly filter them when scheduling your employees or vehicles and in the calendar views “Planning”, “Overviews” and “ Time-off overviews".

Official holidays per branch

If your company has different branches, e.g. in different (federal) states, different official holiday regulations can be mapped using the branches. These are then taken into account when planning jobs and in employee payroll, for example, if official holiday bonuses have been defined.

To do this, first create different categories under Administration > Calendar > official holidays, e.g. Official holidays branch 1 and Public holidays branch 2. When you now enter the official holidays, you can assign them to the respective category. When creating or editing the branches, you can select which official holiday category applies to the respective branch.

Branches in jobs & projects

It is possible to assign jobs and projects to different branches. This has the advantage that jobs and projects can also be filtered by branch.

First activate the branches under Administration > Projects / Jobs > Defaults and define whether no branch or the user's branch should be selected by default in the project / job. You can also define here whether the branch should be automatically adopted for sub-jobs.

When creating a job or project, simply select the desired branch.
