Can be viewed and created here. For the latter, click on the plus sign at the top right. Select the type of certificate, enter its validity, upload files or documents for it and leave a comment if necessary. Then press "save".

Here you can see the emergency contacts that have already been created and you can create new ones by clicking on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner. Enter the relevant information and save it.

=== Time-Off ===
Here you can see the number of days of the holidays you have taken and the holiday periods you have already entered. Swipe from right to left to delete a period already entered. You can also add further holiday periods here. Name the time off and select the appropriate category or the time account to be debited. Enter the date. If the holiday is not a full-day holiday, remove the hook at the appropriate point. Now you can enter an exact time and the number of hours absent. If it was specified in the desktop view under Administration > Time-off & Absence > General that a vacation replacement must be defined for the time off period, enter the name of the replacement here. The substitute must approve the time off requests before they are sent to the supervisor. Click on Save. Depending on the settings (in the desktop view under Administration > Time-Off&Absence > General), the absence is approved directly or must be approved by a scheduler.

You can also enter sick reports here. To do so, select the category "Sick report". You can also store the corresponding documents directly here.

=== Driver's log ===
Here you can see the routes you have taken and you can also create routes manually here. To do this, click on the plus sign at the top right. Now enter the vehicle as well as the start and end date with the respective mileage and place a hook by "Departure check performed" or "Arrival check performed", if this was carried out. Then enter the purpose and destination of the trip and the corresponding job or project. Enter notes if necessary. The journeys are automatically stored in the base data of the respective employee and vehicle and can be transferred directly from the driver's log for travelling expenses.

Here you can see a list of injuries or illnesses that have already been recorded and you can create new ones. To do so, click on the plus sign at the top right and enter the corresponding information. Confirm your entries with the hook at the top right.

=== Subscribe to calendar ===
CrewBrain offers an automatic calendar subscription, which allows you to automatically see the jobs you have been requested for in your calendar program. This subscription is compatible with many calendar programs and current smartphones. Here you can see the calendars you are already subscribed to and add new ones. Click on an already subscribed calendar to edit its name, URL, subscription type and subscription settings. To subscribe to a new calendar, click on the plus sign at the top right, enter the name of the calendar and select the subscription type - tasks or jobs.

Select "Tasks", you can decide which task types and task lists are to be taken over and whether or when you want to be reminded.

Select "Jobs", you select what is to be subscribed to by setting a hook. You can also set a reminder here.
